Program Name
Optimus Jared SMS Support and Account Updates
Program Description
Optimus Technology Inc. sends SMS messages to customers and authorized users for account onboarding, account notifications, customer support responses, shipment and operational updates, product or service updates, and requested responses from the Optimus assistant, Jared. Messages may include business contact information, including phone numbers, when requested by an authorized user and available within that user's Optimus account or services.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on user requests, account activity, support activity, and operational updates. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out Instructions
Reply STOP to any Optimus SMS message to opt out. After you opt out, Optimus may send one final message confirming that no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
